What if ideas are beings for themselves and like all beings they wish to evolve and procreate. However for an idea to evolve it must be expounded upon through thought. This leads to ideas having an incentive to be thought of. They wish for humans to think on them, to evolve them, to allow one idea to birth another.

Big ideas can clash and the only way for them resolve it, is to see how things play out on the physical plane. Big ideas can hold dominence in the threory state. However they can be taken down by a small truth proven in real world application.

Addtionally:

It’s possible that the smartest human (one who evolves ideas the most). Is someone who does it in a less abstract envirement. (Perhaps a gardner, farmer, or wood worker). While they evolve the idea in one area, it evolves it in many, for it is the same idea.

For example, the concept of being in the center.
In nature we see it as safety, in math we see it as the majority, in society we see it as sanity (overton window).

Since ideas are universal and accessible by all, one who advances an idea for themselves advances it for all (the mouse experiment).

Meaning it’s possible that the greatest advancements in medicine and tech are made possible by those who don’t work on them directly.

However to apply an idea to a new space is to expound its virality by changing its shape (like a protein). Even to be understood by new minds of different backgrounds is to make its shape more viral.
The more spaces it can be applied, the greater its chance of evolution.
